Jeff, a lot of good points...

First of all, we all know this company's history...this is post 2900-and-something, not #1...and I agree any investment in a software company in its early stages is risky...

Here are some points to add to yours...

1) First product did not work...

This has allowed all of us to get in this stock at these current levels...otherwise stock would be trading in the $50's now instead of under $5...

2) SYCR's products were licensed...not developed in house...

THANK GOD!...After their previous fiasco, I'm glad they left the development up to programmers who have come up with these brilliant ideas in a garage over a few bottles of Jolt Cola...

Bottom line...these guys will do whatever it takes to line their pockets with cash...I think our pockets will do very well also...to me they appear brilliant....they know how to market and sell, no one can argue with that...they realized that was their strength, and left the programming up to competent individuals such as yourself...

BTW, all insiders must file with the SEC prior to selling their shares so I think we will have ample warning when they decide to sell...which if I owned those shares as an insider, wouldn't it be in my best interest to keep the stock price as high as possible before selling my shares?

I agree that everyone needs to be very attentive to their investments and watch the company you are investing in very closely...

THIS IS NOT A FLAME DIRECTED TO YOU...BUT RATHER A "THANK YOU" FOR YOUR CONCERNS ON OUR BEHALF, AND YOUR WARNINGS TO BE CAUTIOUS...

John (a SYCR shareholder, rooting for us to win...)
