Bravado, Skweeky, I confirm the e-mail from Mr Hershkowitz...
I too received an e-mail and I am glad my "strong suspicions" were misplaced. I am relieved that it is the case because I am genuinely interested in investing in TLTG.
Bear in mind however that, if whoever posted as "hchhon" is not an officer of the Company, then he is an insider with non public knowledge who is publishing important Company's financials and Business Plan on a Bulletin Board, hardly the place for such disclosure.
These documents clarified and answered a lot of questions, which is the positive aspect of the matter. Hopefully, these documents will be disseminated to the general investing public in a more appropriate manner on Monday.
I have become sensitive to these types of issues, when it was recently discovered that the paid promoter of a certain company was spamming various threads on SI under three different aliases, (they talked to each other about how great the Company was...) without disclosure of his relationship. It goes without saying that I dumped these shares in a hurry...
Bravado, thanks for the answers you provided. I agree with you that the past is far less important than the future, but it take a big leap of faith to jump from (.06) in 1998 to .30 in 1999 with little capital to invest and negative shareholders equity. However, it may be entirely possible if the management is really top quality.
So, let see what happens tomorrow...
