>>Carl,
"Utek has not yet sold any reduction systems to the DD market "

Why?

I've got a better question:
How many reduction systems have been sold to the DD market, by *anyone?*

The DD market is only just starting to use lithography at all (as opposed to laser trimming), and features are many times larger than encountered in semiconductors. Reduction steppers generally cost more and are more complicated to operate than 1x systems, so I don't see why an ultralow margin business like DD (makes DRAM profit margins look fat) would use them unless forced to. Failing to place a reduction system in the DD market is no big deal, IMO.
