Ms. Simmons, Starnet is expected to receive NASDAQ listing in 2 to 8 weeks. There do not appear to be any impediments to SNMM achieving this recognition.

Listing on NASDAQ will allow institutional and other investors who avoid OTC BB stocks to start buying for long term portfolios. This kind of buying will soak up the relatively small float rather quickly (11 million shares). I think we can see a reluctance to sell happening now...so rather than SNMM drifting down, I expect it will drift up until the announcement and then spike up dramatically for a day or two when the announcement happens. There may be an exception to the generally upward movement toward NASDAQ listing: the time around April 12, when the Kyl Bill will be voted on in the Senate.

Depending on the timing of the two events (Kyl and NASDAQ) I may try to time the ups and downs during the next few weeks with 1/3 of my holdings. As it is now, I am totally loaded up in anticipation of the runup to NASDAQ and several other positive things which can happen at any time (e.g., sale of adult sites, more licensees). It will more likely than not get very exciting.

One thing to remember, Julie, is that Starnet is NOT a pump and dump stock...many people who don't buy OTC BB stocks know this. I believe Starnet share price will be $50 - $100 a year from now.
