When does Sloan provide us with the correct valuation model? Will it be handed down on a stone tablet like the 11th commandment, or will it be in the form of a Michael Burke edict? Why is it that Sloan does not include such obvious niceties as falling interest rates and stock repurchases in his comments? I suppose that kind of stuff is passe when the likes of Abelson and Fleckenstein are whispering sweet nothings in his ear. Those whispers deafen you to the discussion of expanding market niches such enterprise computing and e-tail through gigabuys and the possibility of taking over IBM's manufacturing arm, or opening up China and South America. Let's all be very quiet so as not to wake Sloan up from his peaceful slumber. TTFN, CTC
