Hi Rich, Not redundant at all... welcome to the thread, and thank you for sharing your thoughts! I've heard about higher bean acreage too, but to be honest, I'm not much of a fundamentalist. Nevertheless, I know full well that those reports can have huge impacts on the market... it'll be interesting to see. BTW I went long DEC 99 corn at 234 and Dec 00 corn at 250 a couple of weeks ago and have been tempted to sell on the rally. Any thoughts on this. Nice trade on the corn. Far be it from me to tell you what to do... sounds like whatever you're using works. <ggg> About the smartest thing I can tell you is... have a trailing stop and let your profits run, but I'm sure you already know that. Fundamentals aside, we are now in a seasonally strong period for the grains. Talk to you later Regards, Frank
