Hi guys, professors, historians, the military...

On the internet as you all know one can find parts of something, even everything if it's there or exist.

For example the circumference of Monica's balcony, the brand name of the cigar involved.

The Starr report...you know what I mean. The spending of $ 40.000.000 leaves reasons and traces.

I speculate that NATO has spend so far about 3 billions, but please correct me if I am way off.

For that kind of money one would assume that besides ordinary war propaganda, serious concern and distribution of information one could find the key written instrument about the very reason for the bombing. The beef if I may use this word for simplicity sakes.

I have searched now for numerous hours the internet,I have asked posters on the World WarIII thread nothing -no luck.

Nobody seems to know where one can look at this " peace deal", "agreement", which the Albanian side allegedly signed and the declared war criminal refused to sign.

For that type of money I want to look at the paper. There simply must be a link.

Can anyone help me out?

Now while you are at it I have two more questions which someone answer please.Yes?

The Kosovo Albanians did not want to sign at all. Not the first time and not after 14 days. They wanted independence and nobody inclusive Your President Clinton would give it to them.

Now my question is how come and why the change of heart in the very last minute before the ultimatum ran out, the Kosovo Albanians signed all of sudden in spite their knowledge that Milosevic did not and would not sign it.Ever. As long as he would be alive and every single negotiator knew it.

And the last question. From all the people, meaning negotiators, people in charge or control -who was the first telling Milosevic " If you don't sign we bomb you " What was the persons name?

I am sure you can help me out and I thank you in advance.
