Wait, it gets better. CYOE gave Apollo Telecom a advance, Apollo Telecom uses that money to lease equipment from Comdisco, which comes from CYOE, Cyoe books equipment sale from Cisco and book as earnings, and then they get the equipment back when they buy Apollo Telecom. This if some funny stuff. It will make a good movie some day.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Coyote Network Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYOE) today announced it received a commitment for a $10 million loan. Terms of the loan include an 8% interest rate on a five-year term, with principal due at maturity. The loan is not convertible into shares of common stock and no warrants were issued. The net proceeds, after fees and first year interest, are to be used for working capital and to fund the Systeam S.p.A. and Apollo Telecom acquisitions.
