No I do not place very much confidence in peoples opinions any where. There are a lot of people who pump and dump, become overly exuberant about particular stocks, there crystal ball fogs up, they start believing their own hype,etc... I hope that my post did not overly concern you. I take what you say with a grain of salt and you should take what I say with a block of salt. I read a variety of peoples posts. I find yours to be the most intelligent, prescient, and consistent. What financial periodicals and newspapers do you read?
Who do read on SI? Do you have other sources of information? I'm a newbie and I'm trying to learn as much as possible.
What am I currently doing? I track all the stocks that you mention, ojs portfolio, stocks mentioned on cbs marketwatch, and 20 or 30 others. My current theory is to look at these stocks and the periods of time in which they increase in value and take a position on the third day of such rallies. This is probably stupid but it is an advancement over previously theories. I will continue to post these to you if you so wish.
