Dear PORKY,
Please provide us some details, are you looking at MACD, Momentum,
Stochastics????? I see some downside potential but if AMAT gives
an improved business forecast then things could reverse quickly.
A price below $52-55 could be a good buying opportunity. It is
interesting to note the market seems to be topping out, even Abby
Cohen only sees a DOW maximum of 10,300 this year. There comes a
point where inflated stock prices don't entice investors anymore
and the inevitable saturation occurs, fortunately the chip market
and its product applications is still expanding. AMAT is selling
the capability to improve production and profitability. Chip
companies will either continue to invest or be forced out by the
competition.
