I am based in Hong Kong. I note 9984 (Softbank) has moved up another 4% (Yen 440) during first hour of trade. Some of my friends in the big US securities firms had gotten permission to purchase 9984 starting back in early October. The belief is that US ADR should be before year end 1999.
