Ledecky is one of the original founders. His part in all of this was to get a successful roll-out of ONEM. I do not believe he is part of the management team. According to his past roll-outs, he cashes out his shares at the earliest date possible. He is being sued by investors of his last roll-out, US Office Products. "In recent months Ledecky has been hit by lawsuits stemming from another industry roll-up he crafted, U.S. Office Products, a collection of mom-and-pop office supply stores whose Nasdaq stock plummeted after Ledecky cashed out last year." He is the only wildcard that has me concerned at this point. Henry
