It seems to be the share consolidation/name change proposal has hurt. I don't know why we took a dip today, but we need some good news to get the price back up for sure. Annual meeting is set for March 3/97. if I am not mistaken. Just sent in my Proxy vote last week. John Mooney says we need to consolidate to get needed cash for projects. I have taken advantage of low prices and purchased more shares. Time will tell if this was a wise decision. Best of Luck, Ron.
