Red,......What I hate is the crap. The self-appointed experts,...could be working for DeBeers for all we know. They deserve to be questioned, as much as we question Winspear execs when we get them in our sights.
Whenever I have talked to RT or other Winspear execs, there has been a credible witness with me. If they are bulls**ting me, the jail term is 10 years and fines and compensation to those who have lost money. That's Canadian (RCMP) rules. RT is a millionaire,(ie, he's got a lot to lose by lying)....this is not Bre-X with Walsh up to his ears in debt, and on the way out.
Security for the bulks is by two third party security firms, dedicated to the diamond industry. They follow the bulks from Snap Lake to the processing center and then to Antwerp for valuation. No Winspear exec is anywhere around the bulk samples,...the salting theories are so much bulls**t it is unbelievable. More chances of someone taking a diamond, than someone salting one in.
The MRDI study is done by experts in the mining industry, not the exploration industry,...they are engineers familiar with the rock types and kimberlite, and mining techniques in the area. They estimate the mine will pay for itself in less than 2 years, based on diamond valuation (and they are conservative in their estimations),..and that's all we are waiting for now. Good luck my friend, I think this is the one that sends us to a nice warm retirement.
