To exercise an option on a private placement? You are completely clueless, Art. Why do you pretend to know these things? In reality, ACTV would purchase the shares directly from WPO with a $4 million note from WPO which would have a duration of about 30 days. ACTV would buy the shares from WPO at $4 and sell them on the open market at $8 and immediately repay their obligation to WPO. The fees involved would be negligible and ACTV would pocket the net proceeds (of around $4 million, cash). WPO has no more incentive to subject ACTV to huge transaction costs than you or I do.

Even if ACTV needed to find alternative financing, it doesn't cost anywhere near $500K to set up a 30 day restricted line of credit to facilitate a single transaction. lol.

Unfortunately this will never happen because ACTV chooses to spend its money on lavish executive offices and other management perks rather than on financial instruments involving our stock.

Stop trying to be Mr. Finance, ok? You obviously have no experience in these matters whatsoever and you're making yourself look foolish trying to make people think that you do.
