They advertise automation and saving time. Having spent a few weeks seriously evaluating the program(hours and hours), I'm not sure when the time saving will come. The signals still have to be evaluated when they pop up using traditional chart reading techniques. Help on the charts is provided. I guess you have to get a feel for it and gain experience. As far as the program goes, it is taking a little while to figure out which stocks work well with the different models. Playing with all the settings to fit groups of stocks would probably take even longer. There is no way of testing new settings except to see what the tweaking does to the charts. My mind isn't made up though, and the program has identified some interesting candidates. They seem to pop up everyday and I can't help but attempt to evaluate them. I can't say whether I have been successful because I haven't bought anything with it yet. I'm still finding my way. It's all a bit overwhelming at first. There is a lot more to this program(and TA) than I originally thought. And I guess, as you have pointed out, there are no guarantees even if you apply yourself. The inactivity of this thread does have to mean something. I'll have to see how it goes.
