first, my weight is correct
could be 150 pounds more, as its wants to be
like i'am always on a diet, counting calories everyday for 2,500
i got that "love fat" gene in my chromosome
my parents, and theirs and theirs, all farmers, they were
i'am 100% Polish, can still hear the polka music from Sunday's radio
grandfather's farm, cows, pigs, geese, chickens and vegtables
and fruit trees and gooseberries
they made their own apple cider, wine, pork, beef and deer meat from a hunt
plus wild turkeys and rabbits
during 1930's USA depression, couldn't sell much, so as people in the cities
could afford little to eat, farmers had too much, ate like kings and queens
all sons and daughters, big families, 7 sons and 5 daughters, all stayed on
the farm on my fathers side, so Sunday, polka music, extended family that
lived in the biggest farm house i ever saw, with the longest supper table i
ever saw, and on table, 5 different meats, 10 different vegtables, loafs of
bread of all shapes and sizes, simple meat and potatoes food
my grandfather was a tyrant, everyone was seated before he entered the big
kitchen, and noone ate a morsel until he sat and settled in his chair, and
eat eat eat, talk very little, enjoy the food, and when done, sit until
everyone else was done, then desserts
boiled pigs feet, like eating only fat inside a one inch deep skin
gotta have the "love fat" gene to enjoy this
or a boiling pot of water with a hundred chicken feet to eat
a unique taste, the toes and the fat ball on the foot bottom
a farmer will eat the whole animal
not just the parts sent to the food store
but those not sent
yes, even those parts
so next time you eat a stew
with meats cut into pieces
and some have more flavor and a different texture than use to
then ask the farmers wife what it could be
but she may not answer
as certain words men and women don't speak in public
but i do remember hearing cowboy stories
about those beef cattle
