I see things are going down hill or it just getting boring?

It looks like Barrons just killed ISSX. This might have been why NETA started going up.

"Watching the Watchdog" is the title of the article about ISSX in Barron's 3/29/99. "While ISS shares have surged, but now tough competitors are emerging." the article further states that companies like Cisco and Network Associates are gaining market share (while Network Associates is suing ISS for patent infringement by it's RealSecure Product). Also the article says " In fact the SANS Institute, a group for professionals in systems administration, networking and security, polled 61,000 of it's members to find out what was the best system for detecting intruders to computer systems. ISS ranked third, behind Network Flight Recorder and SHADOW. It won' be too long before NFR overtakes ISS now that NFR has teamed with the LOpht to provide a complete suite of filters to identify attacks.

The WSJ had the same article on Friday......
