As Mr. Niman would say "more merger mania". The London Sunday TImes reported that GLX and Bristol-Myers have been in merger talks for two months, though the talks are currently stalled. However, the slant on the article was that the deal looks promising, it's just that appropriate terms need to reached, and that power-sharing is not a problem as with the earlier failed mergers.
