Hi Neil, I respect the experience represented on this thread by some of the posters. I was correcting some mis-information (someone posted that conversion was completed which is not true) given earlier and got caught up in this REG S thing again. I don't want to get bogged down but I also don't like to see Elizabeth get flamed. If the price stays above 4.12 then all is well, 334,xxx gets converted. If the investors want to play dirty they could dump shares before conversion bringing the 5 day average down and the shares converted up. If it stays strong and climbs more before then that ploy may not work if they tried it, but it would be comforting to see a cushion and not be hovering at this level. I'm not saying they will do that, I don't know what will happen. It's just possible. Someone posted that the float has grown another 2 million shares since November. Is that correct? SYCR is doing great. Bob
