Let's see, MXMX hires a new PR firm and the stock shoots up like crazy, they file an S-8 to disclose they gave a consultant close to $2 million (at today's stock price of $3), and the company is run by Ranier Poertner of SYCR infamy. Yes, I'd say that's three quick strikes. Watch out below. - Jeff
