Octel is the Big Guys. At Approx $600Mil in revenues, CGRM about a fifth the size. CGRM beats Octel in technology and capacity. I really don't think that they should have much trouble competing with Octel (outside top 100 corps which are OCtel). What about CGRM OEM partneships with Motorola, Fujitsu, NEC, Ameritech, etc? I think CGRM is in great shape for long haul, it is just the short term that is got me uneasy. Personally, I'd probably bet on Octel short term, and Cgrm long term. CGRM survived their new platform rollout. Octel has yet to even announce limited availability of theirs. I think that CGRM will give OCTL a good fight in comming quarters. The age of Octel's Sierra will become painfully obvious in the next few years.

Now if they can just beat the .16 est.
