No I have never had that happen to me...And, I would question management as to whether you deserve some compensation!! The fact that you stated that you would settle up within 3 days should have been acceptable. Just as an aside, the downdraft from $17.60 to $16.00 was created by a market sell on a huge order, this in turn kicked in stops....all of those stops would have been satisfied "only after the original market sell got satisfied, so you would likely have got the shaft anyway!!
