Embedded DRAM is not a noble idea, and IBM knows it. The best tool that IBM has to enter this market is there process technology. ASIC designed on a 0.6 micron process technology will not really benefit from embedded DRAM since bandwidth is not the real "bottle neck". At 0.13 it will greatly benefit from it. Embedded DRAM is exploding which is real good for NMGC. IBM wants a piece which is not so good for NMGC as far as entering other markets. regardless, NMGC is a GREAT buy at this price. Mani
