The stock and market cap (very small outstanding shares and float) has reflected those negatives already IMO. It appears to me that the upside is good at least for the short term based on several of the factors you mentioned. A few more follow: 1. Net sites and 'sponsor' for Rod Stewart, which has had a good net audience 2. Amuzenet potential, enhanced by celebrity sites 3. Big Brother potential, said to be very good. 4. Echo Star agreement. I'm not saying this will go to the moon, and your words of caution are respnosible, but there does there is definite strong upside potential. People contacts can go a very long way for a net business, and MXMX appears to have them. Ted
