You guys forget the obvious. Sure they could buy the option, but they did not have the $ to follow up and buy the stock. So would it be smart to "piss away" $ 125K just so you could say that you would have made $ 4M on your options had you only had enough money to buy the underlying stock ? Remember that ACTV can not like any other option buyer "turn around" and sell the stock in the open market. So who is the fool and who is not? Well we know that StaggarLee made it to Junior CPA and Bill S made it to CEO, if I was a betting man (and I am) then I would put my money on Bill S.
