Anderson Computers Signs Joint Venture Agreement for Development of E-Commerce Website

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 1999--Anderson Computers/Tidalwave Corp. (OTC BB: ACPT) announced today that the company has completed a joint venture agreement that will make Anderson's corporate website tidalwavepc.com; a fully interactive e-commerce site similar to Dell Computers (Nasdaq: DELL).

The joint venture agreement also includes a licensing agreement on the complete line of Tidalwave computers. Anderson Computers anticipates that this licensing agreement, along with increased traffic to the website, and e-commerce capabilities could potentially bring in millions of sales dollars on the Tidalwave(TM) computers over the next twelve months.

"We are positioning Anderson to continually take advantage of the growth and popularity of e-commerce," stated Leon Kline. Since the first of the year, internet stocks such as Ebay (Nasdaq: EBAY) trading at $154 1/2, CMGI (Nasdaq: CMGI) trading at $182 3/8, America Online (NYSE: AOL) trading at $125 11/16, and Yahoo (Nasdaq: YHOO) trading at $171 3/8, are up substantially in price.

"We strongly believe that our e-commerce strategy to model Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN) by cutting out the high cost middleman and selling direct to the public will benefit the computer buyer," stated Anderson Computers/Tidalwave president, Leon Kline.
