Your account must be over a million for you to get that special attention ! Or the account has to be so insignificant that it really doesn't matter to them ! Do you trade frequently or just once a week type ? Do you trade options ? Sorry for asking, but I really HAVEN'T met anyone who's made good money off trading thru Schwab and continued with them ! When I say my trades are NEVER executed on a timely basis I mean in greater than 70% cases. And I do have a six figure account with them and do trade 10 trades a day !

How do you raise a stink ? I called them and told them the problem. There was no fast moving condition in my trades - the ones I complained about were pretty static. You knopw what the bastard at the end told me ? He said I was "ranting" and that it was people like me who were responsible for slowing the system down by putting limit orders in. I consider limit orders a absolute necessity for stupidly slow brokerage houses like Schwab. He just refused to listen to my problem ! Then I sent them an email which they replied to by telling me how to put in cancel orders ! How else do you raise a stink ? I'm suprised, amazed shocked at the callousness and rudeness of the representative and what he got away with.....I have always worked for a support structures in large organisations and I would put such a rude employee on notice immediately !

Anyway, I think the share price of SCH and the wealth that brings has made the management lose focus ! So I'm moving on to a smaller and more responsive brokerage house !
