Jack, I think Southmedic has the right stuff for PYT to get of the ground in a hurry. Cost? I don't know, but it could very well be cheaper and time saving(reduced cost)and less hassle then going alone.
They appear to have extensive experience which would be a big help.

PS: I can't any credit for locating this site, someone posted it a couple of weeks ago. I just chased it down. See post #3541
