Here's a link about the subsidiaries owned by MBHC. mbhc.com
Now use these companies to understand the real value. Just a few I follow but do not own JAWZ, FNTN, RMGG. Part of my evalutation of companies is comparing. And with MBHC this is the first time I have ever averaged UP. Here is what I have come up with from website. In April 1998, company release audited financials for 1996 and 1997. Around the same time the company acquired National Settlements (NSI) and Auto Finance Division. Comments were made on NSI that they anticipate annual volume to approach $100 million by the 4th quarter of 1998. If I remember right the Auto Finance Division would be $10 -$15 million in 1998. When you read financials for 1st quarter of 1998 their was a 75% increase over the 1st quarter of 1997. I look for financials to be released again in the Spring 1998, maybe April like last year. If so I think their will be a substantial increase in revenues due to the acquisitions made in 1998. The more DD I do the more value I see and at these prices I'm buying. I would encourage everyone interested in MBHC to go to website. Lots of good information. I do not think many people know about MBHC. But that is obvious by current trading range. Even with 100% gain in last week. What I like about the company is they have a mostly liquid book value. I see so many companies losing money and no cash trading for .75 to 2.00 with no revenues. Look for big numbers in future releases. IMHO For those who have been shareholders since 1996, your patience should pay off. I feel very good about this company.
