The information that I provide is from direct contact with the principals. Donnie and Izzy talked at length (separately) about the artwork and its sale to me when I was there. The deal is not bogus to steer us astray. The only concern they had was whether the buyer would default. Some of the artwork was on the walls at the cafe.
