Marcos: I don't think those would be the most objectionable statements. If you go back far enough (and if my memory serves me well - I don't feel like going through the myriads of posts by the writer), statements were issued to effect that: - Talbot is a crook - MRI is a scam - Talbot is under investigation by the SEC - MRI is a fraud - Management is manipulating the share price - Management is selling its shares, etc... Unless the writer can provide evidence in court to support his allegations, he may be in trouble. Saverio
