LOL! No, my account is not over a million. I do, however, have one of those Platinum Signature accounts or whatever they're called, and between my two accounts (one's an IRA), I probably do about 10 trades a week.

The people I've spoken to at Schwab (and I probably call at least once a week) have always been nothing but helpful. I've never had to raise a stink to get any problems taken care of. I've always been pleasant (but firm), and have gotten nothing but helpfulness in return.

I've made good money trading through Schwab, but I generally don't day trade. When I've tried, however, I haven't encountered any problems. And often when I put in limit sells or buys in a fast moving stock, they improve the price from my limit.

No complaints at all here except maybe when trading is heavy and the website gets slow.
