You've lost me on this. Yes, Prinvest has a first lien position, but that lien is against Wireless, not CYOE. Second, what does the Apollo acquisition have to do with the Wireless transaction? That's the only one I know where Prinvest is involved. I think you are referring to the Comdisco financing of Apollo. Finally, the Comdisco UCC referred to Computer Equipment. Are you sure that equipment was sold by CYOE? This is very confusing and I want to make sure I've got it straight. Correct me where I'm wrong.
