O/T PS - I have the solution ---- > Colin Powell for President and Bill Bennet as V.P. both running on an Independant ticket - a new America - strong abroad and internally....led by real men; men with both great deeds and great ideas.... That's it for my Political pontificating.... While I realize that there is no easy, or even no perfectly correct answer to these Situations; we have to make hard decisions and we as a Nation will soon be making more frequent and more difficult decisions. To have both our International and Domestic policies, torn, delayed, or questioned due to questions of our leadership; is a significant obstacle to out future. With Clinton's leadership we will continually be second guessed on Global Leadership, morality and Political Righteousness when led by a man who has become untrusted, and unrespected by the World. Why this guy, will not for once in his life show some courage and selflessness and resign is beyond me. He can no longer lead America on a Global basis; he is a glaring hinderance to our National Security, Foreign Policy and to our domestic future.... that we do NOT have millions of Americans in our own Streets marching on Washington and demanding his resignation is the final nail in the coffin of another, fat, lazy, morally gluttonous society and culture that is in clear decline. What did history show us about the Greeks & Romans.... when the public moral consciousness is lost - soon all will be lost... and I am NOT talking about right wing religious fundamentalism; I am talking about a common sense middle of the road fundamental sense of what is right and decent. When we have a leader that doesn't place the future of America above his own meglomanical political agenda - we are in grave danger as a society and as a culture. The real story is that 67% of America can not even find Kosovo on a map, has no idea who John Wong is and most importantly - they do not care... we are truly in a "ME-Tunnelvision'' society - we will not maintain our Global Dominance for another generation with this mindset. America is in for a rude awakening in the coming decades imho... and it will be from an internal rot; complacency and a declining sense of what is right and wrong...
