Well yes, I just got a card to subscribe to the Signature account, but its too little too late for me....

You really are the first person who says that they have been happy with Schwab. OTOH, why do people have to have special accounts before the reps turn helpful - even if I have to have the special status ? Kinda reminds me of Russian aristocracy and/or the queen's comment that if food was not available people should eat cake !

I've been pleasant to them always. Got rudeness in return. And was not informed what steps they took to fix that rude rep.....Not acceptable to me ! Not enough effort made to please a customer which gives them over 6K per month for the priviledge of losing trades !

Or maybe they give you a special status because you are spreading this good word around ?
