Daniel you just reminded me to do something, that suit should be (maybe) reported on in a newspaper where it was filed. I would think (guess) ROK paid well to get MOT to settle their suit with ROK and turn on USR the same day. After selling the defense business ROK has one hell of a war chest. As to the merits of the suit I haven't a clue.
