Serbs will fight to the end ---- Not strictly correct. Serbs will fight until they stop fighting. Serb military history is a history of lost wars and surrender, betrayal and collaboration with the victor (like almost everyone else). If a people fights to the end, it disappears as a people. But Serbs seem rather thick on the ground to me. "He who fights and runs away, will live to fight another day, but he who is in battle slain will never live to fight again." Desperate, suicidal leaders always order their underlings to fight to the death. Only rarely do they themselves die in defense of their people.
