You really are the first person who says that they have been happy with Schwab I guess you misunderstood my comments from two weeks ago then? I'm quite satisfied with Schwab as they are today. I'm not sure what kind of customer service you are expecting that would turn your poor trades into winners. . . OTOH lots of examples of Schwab fixing trades gone wrong as far as I can see. F. (not a paid shill) "don't blame the hammer when the carpenter is at fault"
