Dr. Risk,

You sure do seem to read that darn N.Y. Times a lot. :-} I think they are a lot like CNBC, lots of noise to add to the confusion.

Following your lead to post news of interest here, please allow me to post below a copy of an email all CyBerTrader customers apparently received this morning.

From: Mark K. Stryker
Re: Commission structure changes and Real-Time News

Effective Monday, March 29th CyBerBroker will no longer charge for cancels, SOES, or Island direct executions!

This means that you will no longer see additions to your base commission rate for order cancels, SOES executions, and direct Island executions.

NEWS!

We are proud to announce that on Wednesday, March 31st we will begin
accepting applications to receive Reuters real-time news though NewsWare, Inc. The cost of the service will be $70 per month and can be deducted directly from your CyBerBroker account.

Business Wire and PR Newswire will round out the package as additional, free services.

The NewsWare interface will have full functionality and searchability,
including the capability to customize the news alerts and alarms.

You will receive an application package via email on Tuesday, March 30th.

This has long been an item of interest, and we are very excited to offer this functionality to our customers.

Also, in an email I received today from Mark Stryker, the following good news:

...Just an inside note, there are a few internal tweaks occurring here over the next couple of weeks that may help to smooth over and compensate for many of the irritating little (meaning not of a global nature) Internet problems that you and some others have been experiencing. I will let you know as we progress.

This sounds like good news to me and gives us something good to look forward to. I am optimistic and hopeful.
