I understand that the infamous Beermeister is someone the thread old-timers would rather see stay away. Don't know the history, but it's probably interesting.

I don't actually "believe everything the company says", nor would any wise investor assume that everything is "hunky dory" until final proof comes in. No, my criticism is of you intentionally-negative posters for basically fighting the last war instead of doing your job.

Introduce something more forward-looking than the shop-worn "they never retained D & T" or "the company won't issue a PR"! If you really want to advance the discussion, try:

Will D & T continue their relationship after the 4th quarter?

When will the lawyers clear a PR and what will it say?

And when the audit comes out, I expect we will spend a year picking it apart.

I realize that the above may require you to wait and not trash the company until more facts come to light. But your lack of patience otherwise inhibits your credibility.
