PeopleSoft Certifies Criterion LiquidLINK; Advanced Affirmative Action and Diversity Management Functions Now at PeopleSoft Users Fingertips
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 1999--Criterion Incorporated has received certification of its CAAMS (Criterion's Affirmative Action Management System) LiquidLINK (tm) for PeopleSoft, which seamlessly integrates Criterion's powerful analytical engine and affirmative action system to PeopleSoft's HRMS system.
The new CAAMS LiquidLINK significantly expands the capabilities and functionality of PeopleSoft's HRMS by allowing Affirmative Action and diversity management plans to be created without additional programming or duplicative manual data entry.
"CAAMS is a complete Affirmative Action management system that almost every U.S. PeopleSoft customer needs," said Marcia Jones, Ph.D., chief operating officer at Criterion. "CAAMS gives PeopleSoft users the analytical engine they need to prepare Affirmative Action analyses and Diversity Management metrics. With CAAMS LiquidLINK, PeopleSoft clients avoid creating SQR scripts or developing expensive interfaces between programs. This maximizes a customer's investment in PeopleSoft while providing the information they need to stay compliant with government regulations and make progress on diversity objectives." The CAAMS LiquidLINK was developed for Criterion by Liquid Software, which specializes in delivering certified PeopleSoft connectivity products. Official certification means CAAMS LiquidLINK meets PeopleSoft's high standards of data integrity and reliability.
"CAAMS provides the critical analysis necessary to efficiently complete all the federally mandated affirmative action compliance and EEO-1 reports," said Mark Nittler, vice president of applications for PeopleSoft. "Certification of LiquidLINK means PeopleSoft customers can continue to seamlessly generate these crucial reports through CAAMS without rebuilding an interface when a new version of our software is implemented. CAAMS LiquidLINK addresses the critical factors of data availability, quality, and integrity so our customers can maintain compliance with federal law."
CAAMS LiquidLINK synchronizes the data to assure accuracy and avoid duplicate data entry. Criterion, a PeopleSoft Global Alliance Partner, provides a full range of integrated HR planning software products specifically designed to allow executives to tie organizational development, training management, and overall human resources planning to their company's enterprise-wide business strategies.
"Many companies have dedicated significant IT resources to Y2K issues, so they don't have the time or money to link software applications with their enterprise-wide databases and management systems," noted Dr. Jones. "Since there's no interface to design, CAAMS LiquidLINK solves this problem by allowing a seamless flow of critical human resource data between the PeopleSoft HRMS and our CAAMS system."
CAAMS LiquidLINK is now available for delivery to PeopleSoft customers in North America. PeopleSoft customers should contact Criterion for further information about the new product.
