Graham; There was a flow through financing to a consortium of buyers. If you have access to press releases you should be able to get a printout. I think QSR may have 12 to 15 million shares of SAS. Perhaps a friend of SAS(Robert Saito) will post this datum for you. He has posted several SAS press releases so far. I myself do not know the details, and my service is down at this time.
