Annette, I have no idea, but they are doing a pretty good job of it from what I see...With a little help from 2 or 3 others....Just an observation!!! NAVR is down to 12 1/16...If it's manipulation, the MMs seem to be pretty immune to accountability from the SEC...Like other people we know...
