Steve,

The point about tying up phone lines is a good one. It is really the
bottom line here. For many people this is a breakthrough. However, this may be soon superceded by technology (which already exists) that
integrates voice messaging, e-mail, fax etc. I think that EFAX management may have seen the writing on the wall and may be trying to
go out in a blaze of glory. Of course the stock might perform well for a time (after the selling pressure eases most likely).

Anyone check to see if any new insider filings today?
