This happens a lot with FLC. Sometimes I wonder if the intention of the large ask size is to keep a lid on the price. I haven't seen it fill and it has been out there for a while. Sometimes, I think somebody puts that large ask size out there to keep a lid on the price with out actually intending to sell.
