GTMI. Kimberly, I agree. True, we do not know the exact effects on the GTMI shareholders at this point. What we do know is that Bentley has 120M in net worth, GTMI has 37 to 38M outstanding shares, that equates $3.24 per share equity. Am I missing something here.
