sounds like customers are faxing orders to you. as regards an investment, for better or worse, other firms offer exactly the same service for free. so, which is a better business model, the company that offers a commodity for free or another company that offers a commodity for free? If your clients were larger, you could have edi interface,...funny thing is that more of your customers will have pc's, as more stuff gets transacted over the net. that is the megatrend. this efax and it's carbon copies are not in tune.
