Premium Cigar International Activates New E-Commerce Site - ProductExpress.com
Unique Site Leverages Company's Marketing and Distribution Experience with Convenience Stores
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Premium Cigars International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: PCIG - news) today announced the activation of their new e-commerce site -- productexpress.com.
The retail side of ProductExpress.com offers consumers a variety of cigar gift-packs, multi-brand humidor assortments, PrimeTime -- the Company's latest new product, ''deziner'' sunglasses, unique candy and mints, along with other items. The password protected wholesale side of the site displays and sells PCIG's traditional products, along with other products designed and packaged specifically for convenience stores. The Company believes that what will make the wholesale side truly unique will be the marketing and sales data that can be provided for the retailers. The site not only allows online wholesale purchases and 72 hour direct store delivery on items in stock, PCIG intends to expand the site to inform the retailer on sales order history, selling techniques, merchandising suggestions, consumer demographics, price point comparisons, and provide them with the ability to share their experiences with other retailers. The company intends to steadily add new items to both the retail and the wholesale side of ProductExpress.com.
