Dear Paddy: Well, I am not quite THAT cynical yet. haha. They have not shown up through the last report that they were trying to get the money into their own pockets. I seem to recall salaries were modest etc etc. As to the India thing, didnt they BUY that operation from a life insurance company or something?? Seems to me what is most likely is they put the cart before the horse and bought the means to produce before they had the business to utilize it. Apparently once you get into India it is extremely difficult to get back out unless you can find another sucker to buy the business. JDN
